Terms of Use in Plain Language:
As an artist, I own the copyright to the art that I create. This site provides my wallpaper art to people who want to place it on their iPhones, iPods, PSPs, Zunes, Zens or computer desktops. The art in the free gallery is free to put on your desktop and the art in the Premium Vault is paid for by a cheap subscription fee of USD $10 for 6 months of use.
Subscribers to the Premium Vault are given a username and password to access the Vault. The username and password is for you and your household only. You can't share that username and password with anyone outside of your household. By 'Household' I mean anyone who lives under your roof over 18 years of age. A household is not everyone in a university dormitory and it's not everyone in an apartment building. It usually means everyone in a separate house or apartment or similar.
I encourage linking to the free gallery pages on this site but not to the wallpaper images themselves. No linking to the paid Vault pages or Vault images is allowed of course.
Access to the images inside the Vault is available at a very cheap subscription fee of USD $10 for 6 months.
Sharing usernames and passwords is stealing.
Terms of Use in 'Legalese':
By subscribing to the Premium Vault and/or by purchasing the Wallpaper Images from One Bare Tree Gallery and/or by downloading the Wallpaper Images from the Free Gallery you agree to abide by the following Terms of Use.
The 3D wallpapers that you subscribe to and/or purchase and/or download are free for you, as an individual, to download to your personal computer, iPhone,
iPod Touch, iPod Classic, Microsoft Zune, Creative Zen & Sony PSP & use as your desktop.
I encourage you to link to the free gallery pages & articles pages from your website but direct linking to the individual wallpaper images is not allowed.
The copyright on all images remains with Jacqueline van Oostrom and One Bare Tree and One Bare Tree Gallery and so these
images may not be uploaded to any other website or hot-linked to or redistributed or sold without One Bare Tree's permission.
Once you have subscribed to the Premium Vault, you may not share your username or password with anyone outside of your household. If you do share your username and password with people outside of your household then you will be banned from the site.
These images may not be altered and they may not be included in any other artwork or product in part or in whole.
These images may not be used as backgrounds in the creation of other artwork and they may not be included in any other product.
The images in the One Bare Tree Gallery are not in the public domain and copyright restrictions apply.
Images in the gallery contain artistic nudity and so their purchase and/or download is restricted to those aged 18 years of age or older.
By subscribing to the Premium Vault and/or by purchasing or downloading Wallpaper Images from One Bare Tree Gallery you agree that you are aged 18 years of age or older.
